Dr. Emira Spahaj
Education and academic experience
Completed her studies at the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, continued with postgraduate qualifications at this Faculty, achieved the title of MSc in Administrative Sciences in 2010 and PhD in the field of management in 2018. From 2010, lecturer at the Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana, lecturer and Head of the Internal Quality Assessment Center at the Metropolitan University of Tirana, from 2019 onwards Head of the Management Department at Logos University College.
Lecturer in some subjects such as, Basics of Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Communication.
Other work experiences
First work experience as planning specialist at the Wholesale Base (BGT) of the Ministry of Commerce. In 1992, experience in protocols for the treatment of local and foreign personalities, head of sector at the Directorate of Government Service. Planning specialist in the public works sectors at the Ministry of Public Works and Territorial Adjustment. The year 2005 brings experience in the tourism sector in the position of head of the sector of licensing of private tourism activities and star rating of accommodation structures, experience in the promotion of tourism destinations. Subsequently, head of management of private investments in the tourism sector. In 2010, executive director (CEO) in private company.
Expertise in planning and managing funds, human resources and operations of public and private institutions.

Dr. Blerta Avdia
Short Bio:
Dr. Blerta Avdia is a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and a member of the Commission of Quality Standards Assurance. She graduated with a “Bachelor” and “Master of Science” degree in Geography at the University of Tirana (2008, 2010). She also graduated with a Professional Master’s degree in Teaching for Higher Secondary Education in Geography (2017) and a doctoral degree with a thesis on “Assessment and Management of Natural and Human Resources of Lume-Gora (Kosovo) on their Sustainable Development” at the University of Tirana.
Dr. Avdia has been engaged in Higher Education since 2016 year in Bachelor and Master study programs at Logos University College and the University of Elbasan. She is a lecturer in “Geography of Tourism”, “Cultural Tourism”, “Development of Tourism Guide” “Knowledge and Methods of Geography”.
She has long experience as a coach in teaching: Dr. Avdia has trained the Albanian diaspora teachers, in the frame of a project jointly coordinated by the Ministry of Education and Sports, Albania and the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Kosovo.
Dr. Avdia engaged as a marker in the state maturation exams of Geography organised by the National Examinations Agency (2013, 2016). She also developed the Knowledge Quiz for a competition with students from the Albanian Diaspora, an activity organized by the Ministry of Diaspora, Prishtina, Republic of Kosovo (2016).
She is engaged as a tourism expert for the project: "Sustainable future for Sharr/Korab-Kortinik" funded by the German Federal Environmental Foundation (Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt DBU)) and in various projects funded by the European Union.
Currently Dr. Avdia is Team Member in the project ROAMING — ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE, funded by the European Union, where Logos University College is leader.
Dr. Avdia is a member of the Board of the Local Activity Group Korab-Koretnik Natural Park.
Dr. Avdia has published a number of scientific publications in national and international scientific fora and participated in scientific conferences and roundtables.
She is the co-author of the book Geography 12 for Grade 12 high school students.

MSc (Dr.Proc) Malvina Hysa
Short BIo:
Malvina Hysa is a full-time lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics at "Logos" University College.
Engaged in the courses "Human Resources Management", "Business Communication", "Entrepreneurship and Management of SMEs" and "Money and Banks".
She also has considerable experience, as a group member, in the design of programs for accreditation and licensing, at the Bachelor and Master level, giving her contribution with responsibility, for the quality of the design of curricula and programs.
He is currently attending his third cycle studies at the Agricultural University of Tirana.
Author of many scientific articles, published in National and International magazines and bulletins, participant in scientific conferences and seminars.
Also participating in the Erasmus+ program, in the exchange of academic staff.
